MPF lines let you use your existing phones for landline voice, and aren't affected by the BT PSTN switch off in January 2027. So if your business isn't ready to migrate to IP voice, MPF will set you up for the future ahead of the switch off. And beyond.

Cost effective
Unlike WLR lines, MPF lines are not affected by BT Openreach price rises that are taking place, which will lead to line prices doubling as we approach the end of 2026.
Widely available
MPF lines are available in 92% of local exchanges across the UK, and use existing copper connections. Where available, we can simply switch your WLR line to MPF, allowing for easy migration, and expect MPF lines to be continued to be supported until 2030.
Flexibility first
MPF lines don’t lock you into a voice or data solution you're not ready for. It's all about giving you options and allowing for adoption at your own pace.
Minimal disruption
Simply keep your existing phones plugged into your wall socket and continue to make and receive calls.
